Tundra Stump Aussies Spay/Neuter Contract

At Tundra Stump Aussies, we are committed to responsible breeding and pet ownership. Our spay/neuter contract ensures that all Australian Shepherd puppies are sterilized at the appropriate age to prevent unwanted behaviors, accidental litters, and overpopulation.

✔ Female puppies must be spayed after their first heat cycle, but no later than 18 months of age (unless medically advised otherwise).
✔ Male puppies must be neutered by one year of age (unless medically advised otherwise).

This contract includes:
✅ Breeding restrictions to maintain breed integrity.
✅ A return policy if the puppy can no longer be kept.
✅ Veterinary expense coverage post-sale is the buyer’s responsibility.
✅ Compliance with local laws regarding pet ownership.

By signing this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these responsible ownership terms.

 At Tundra Stump Aussies, we are committed to breeding healthy, well-tempered Australian Shepherds. Each puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and comes with a one-year health guarantee covering serious genetic or congenital conditions.

To validate this guarantee:
✔ The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of receipt.
✔ The guarantee becomes void if the puppy is sold, transferred, or rehomed to a third party.
✔ Proper care, including nutrition, vaccinations, and routine vet visits, must be followed.
