At Tundra Stump Aussies, we are dedicated to breeding joyful and healthy Australian Shepherd puppies. Our passion drives us to provide exceptional care and attention to our puppies here in Alaska. From an early age, we ensure that our puppies are well-socialized, focusing on developing their excellent temperament, conformation, and overall health. Our commitment to quality means that each puppy is prepared to be a loving and perfect addition to any family.
1. Breeding and Home Environment: At Tundra Stump Aussies, we are dedicated to breeding full-size, AKC, or ASCA registered Australian Shepherds. Our puppies are born and raised in a loving home, and we are committed to ensuring they are only sold to equally loving homes. We believe that Australian Shepherds are more than just pets; they are loyal companions who require a high level of activity and engagement. These dogs thrive in environments where they are treated as part of the family and given the attention and exercise they need. Their loyalty and intelligence make them a breed worth every bit of the commitment required.
2. Deposit and Purchase Policy: To reserve a puppy, we require a non-refundable deposit of $300. This deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of the puppy. The pricing is as follows: Tri-colored Australian Shepherds are $1,300, and Merles are $1,700. All puppies are sold as pets only. Should you decide not to purchase a puppy from the current litter, your deposit will be carried over to the next available litter, and you will be added to our priority list for future puppies.
3. Right to Refuse Sale: At Tundra Stump Aussies, we reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy for any reason. Australian Shepherds are not the right fit for every household, and we are committed to ensuring that our puppies are placed in homes where they will be well cared for and understood. Our primary concern is the well-being of our puppies, and we will only proceed with a sale if we are confident that it is in the best interest of both the puppy and the potential owner.
4. Spay/Neuter Contract: The spay/neuter contract ensures that all puppies are spayed or neutered at the appropriate age. Female puppies should be spayed after their first heat cycle, and male puppies by one year of age. The contract also includes breeding restrictions, return policies, and veterinary expense coverage.
5. Signing Requirement: Both the Health Guarantee and Spay/Neuter Contracts must be signed and completed before picking up the puppy. This ensures that all parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the contracts.
