Health Guarantee for Australian Shepherd Puppies

1. Health Guarantee: Tundra Stump Aussies guarantees that your new Australian Shepherd puppy is in good health at the time of sale. This guarantee is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

2. Veterinary Examination: To ensure the health and well-being of your new puppy, you must have the puppy examined by a qualified veterinarian within 10 days of receiving your new puppy. This examination is crucial to verify that the puppy is in good health and free from any congenital or hereditary health issues.

3. Health Coverage: In the event that a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a serious health issue or genetic defect within the first year of life, and this issue was present prior to the sale, Tundra Stump Aussies will provide the following options:

• A replacement puppy of equal value, pending the return of the affected puppy, or

• A refund of the purchase price, minus any non-refundable deposits.

4. Exclusions: This health guarantee does not cover:

• Conditions resulting from neglect, abuse, or inadequate care.

• Issues resulting from accidents or injuries.

• Common illnesses or issues unrelated to genetic conditions or congenital defects.

• Routine care and vaccinations.

5. Responsibilities:

• Owner Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of the new owner to provide proper care, nutrition, and regular veterinary check-ups for the puppy.

• Breeder Responsibilities: Tundra Stump Aussies will provide support and guidance throughout the puppy’s life to help ensure its well-being.

6. State of Alaska Compliance: This health guarantee complies with all relevant laws and regulations of the State of Alaska concerning pet sales and health guarantees.

7. Conditions for Validity: This health guarantee becomes null and void if:

• The puppy is not examined by a qualified veterinarian within 10 days of receipt.

• The puppy's health issues are the result of neglect, abuse, or failure to follow proper care guidelines.

• The puppy has been involved in an accident or injury unrelated to congenital or hereditary conditions.

• The puppy’s health conditions are not reported within the specified timeframe.

• The puppy is sold to or transferred to a third party.
