1. Spay/Neuter Agreement: The undersigned agrees to have this Australian Shepherd puppy spayed or neutered as follows:

• Female Puppies: No later than after the first heat cycle.
• Male Puppies: No later than one year of age.

2. Health and Behavior: The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. Spaying or neutering at the recommended age helps prevent unwanted behaviors and health issues related to intact animals. Failure to spay/neuter can contribute to overpopulation and related problems.

3. Breeding Restrictions: The puppy will not be used for breeding. It must remain a pet and will not be registered as any breed other than the breed listed on the AKC and ASCA registration paperwork to maintain breed integrity.

4. Refund and Return Policy: No refunds will be issued for changes of mind, allergies, or landlord issues. Should circumstances arise where the puppy can no longer be kept, the owner agrees to contact Tundra Stump Aussies for assistance with rehoming. Tundra Stump Aussies reserves the right to take back the puppy and will rehome it at no cost to the breeder, to prevent it from being placed in a shelter or rescue.

5. Medical Expenses: The owner agrees to cover all veterinary expenses from the point of sale forward. This contract does not cover routine care or conditions commonly treatable with medication.

6. Inspection and Satisfaction: If the puppy was inspected in person or via video, the owner confirms satisfaction with the puppy’s health and living conditions. If the puppy was shipped, the owner agrees that they had the opportunity to review the puppy’s conditions through videos and photos.

7. Vaccinations: A vaccination record and schedule have been provided. Failure to follow the vaccination schedule could result in serious health issues or the death of the puppy.

8. Legal Jurisdiction: This contract adheres to the laws and regulations of the State of Alaska and the City of Wasilla. Any disputes will be resolved according to Alaska law.

9. Agreement: By signing below, the owner acknowledges understanding and agreement to the terms of this contract.
